As the 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are approaching, to allow our team to celebrate these traditional festivals and recharge for better service, we hereby formally notify you of our holiday arrangement based on the company's operation plan and Chinese holiday characteristics:

Holiday Period

Our company will be closed from October 1st (Wednesday) to October 7th (Tuesday), 2025, and normal office work and production operations will resume on October 8th (Wednesday).

Business Arrangement

Orders & Production: During the holiday, businesses including new order reception, production scheduling, and goods shipment will be suspended. We will prioritize processing orders in sequence starting from October 8th. Please plan your orders and replenishment in advance according to your business needs to avoid affecting production progress.

Customer Service: Regular consultation channels (email, online customer service) will be temporarily unavailable. For urgent technical support and after-sales issues, please contact us through the emergency channels.

Inquiry Response: All inquiries and requests received during the holiday will be processed and fed back within 24 hours after resuming work.
